As a dedicated family physician, Dr. Crowley cares for people in all age groups at all stages of their life. Since March of 2013, he has been the Medical Director of Loudoun Medical Group (LMG), serving the patients of Lovettsville and Purcellville, Virginia. He is a founding shareholder of LMG, Chair of the LMG Real Estate Committee, and on the LMG’s Board of Directors.
As one of the largest and most diverse physician-owned, multi-specialty group practices in Virginia, LMG strives to provide every patient with quality medical care and personalized service. They physicians working there are linked through sophisticated management and clinical support services. Back in 1984, Dr. Crowley obtained his medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Upon graduation, he performed his residency in family medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 1987.
Proactively focusing on wellness, he is board-certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.
Prior to his current endeavors, Dr. Crowley served as the President of the Medical Staff and as the Chairman of the Department of Family Medicine at Loudoun Hospital.
