A mindful and diligent Trauma surgeon, Dr. Dilworth is the Medical Director of the Center of Excellence in Hernia Surgery at Northeast Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

A 1996 graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences A 1996 graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, Dr. Dilworth went on to perform his residency in surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at Lubbock. He then continued his training by completing a fellowship in surgical critical care at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium, Brooke Army Medical Center.

Holding certification in general surgery, the doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.
