He was in private practice as a Family Physician for 13 years prior to assuming his current position. Dr. Six is a Board Member of the Bridges Health Partners Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), Past Chair of the Bridges Health Partners Care Model Committee, and past Medical Director of the Greenbriar Treatment Center. Dr. Six is a past Medical Director and current Board Member of the Washington Physician Hospital Organization (WPHO) and Vice-President and Past President of the Washington County Medical Society and currently the 11th District Trustee of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) and the American Board of Preventative Medicine (ABPM) as a certified specialist in Addiction Medicine. Dr. Six received his MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a 2022 Baldrige Executive Fellow.
