Get to know Internist Dr. Shamsad Begum, who serves patients in Florida.

A well-versed internist, Dr. Begum is the Medical Director of Medical Office of Shamsad Begum, M.D., P.A. 

Providing the best medical care with the utmost respect, dignity, and love, she is affiliated with HCA Florida JFK Hospital and Wellington Regional Medical Center. She is also affiliated with and serves as a Medical Director for Nursing Homes and Home Health Agencies.

Having established the Medical Office of Shamsad Begum, M.D., P.A. in 1999, Dr. Begum has been responsible for providing outstanding medical care ever since. Her patients particularly value the caring staff members and personal care provided. Each patient is treated like an extended member of their family, providing gentle and compassionate care as a number one priority. 

Educated in Bangladesh, Dr. Begum graduated with her medical degree from Chittagong Medical College in 1985. She then relocated to the United States, performing her residency in internal medicine at Columbia University in NY.

To better manage Medicare patients and assure the medical standard required is met, Dr. Begum is also involved in Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, LLC.
