Dr. Miglani trained as medical intern in Christian Medical College, a large tertiary care medical institution in North India. He started his US career as an intern at University of Vermont and later completed residency with University of Virginia affiliated psychiatric residency program in Roanoke, VA where he also served as a chief resident. He is a board certified psychiatrist through American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and a fellow of American Psychiatric Association (FAPA).He is also board certified in Addiction Medicine through the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Miglani believes in creating a trusting and empathic environment to address all the factors that contribute to a patient’s condition. His practice approach is to encourage a collaborative treatment style so his patients can find their inner strength and resilience to overcome life's challenges.
