Most leaking saline implant cases are asymptomatic. That means most people don't even know it's leaking until one side of the breast becomes noticeable smaller. The saline usually gets re-absorbed. What should I avoid after nose plastic surgery?
Avoid: 1. Bend over too far; should not place your head below your heart level. 2. Do not sneeze through your nose. sneeze with your mouth open to relieve the pressure thru your mouth instead of your nose to prevent nose bleeding. 3. Any forceful direct contact to your nose, such as: elbow, refrigerator door, soft ball....etc 4. Exercise that raises your blood pressure for an extended time 5. How long do you wear a chin strap after neck lift?
I recommend my patient to wear the strap for 10 days and then night only during sleep for another 10 days. But most patients don't. They find it annoying. The longer you wear the better the result. I recommend sleeping with a round roll as pillow under your neck rather than a pillow under your head. This helps reduce the chance for wrinkling skin under your chin during healing. READ MORE
