During his early academic career, Dr. Singh earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. He then completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

As a testament to his success, he is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by improving the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
