With a broad educational background, Dr. Bhangoo graduated with his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in 1997. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2002. 

Furthering his training, he performed his internship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in 2003, and his residency in anesthesiology at Stony Brook University Hospital in 2006. 

Subsequent to his education, the doctor attained board certification in anesthesiology through the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
