Plastic surgery is a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It can be divided into two main categories – reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. A plastic surgeon’s primary responsibility is performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and they use a variety of reparative and reconstructive techniques to get the job done.
On a more personal note, Dr. Honeycutt is happily married to Lee Schwartzmann, of Schwartzmann Trucking, out of Richardton, North Dakota. She was previously married to the late Thomas Spagnolia, a long time Bismarck neurosurgeon, and they had two children. Enjoying the beautiful, wide-open North Dakota landscape, her home overlooks the majestic Missouri River. She enjoys hiking and underwater photography. She completed the 2013 Ironman world championship in Kona, Hawaii – a bucket list dream. She is planning on getting her pilot’s license, and hopes to reactivate the Bismarck Astronomy Club.
