What is a good diet before getting pregnant?
I don't recommend a specific diet. I recommend a lifestyle that includes a diet with at least 2 cups of fruit and 2 cups if vegetables (rich in green, garlic and onions) daily, at least 8 oz protein and appropriate carbs that are whol grain. Low in sugars drinks (juice, sports drink, soda) not daily. At least 40 - 70 oz water per day. READ MORE

Paracetamol tablets?
We recommend maximum of 6-8 tablets in total in 24 hours if you do not have any liver problems. If you have pain, you can add Ibuprofen, maximum 2,400 mg per 24 hours. READ MORE
