What causes ringing or whirling noses in your ear?
Hi, Tinnitus, which many people describe as ringing or whirring in their ears, is a very common condition. I am not able to say exactly what is causing your tinnitus without a formal evaluation. Even with an evaluation, we often are not able to determine what is *causing* the tinnitus, but rather focus on how to manage the tinnitus. If you are interested in getting more information about your hearing and tinnitus, I would recommend a hearing test, and from there we can determine if a formal tinnitus evaluation is necessary.
