I WOULD SUGGEST CHIROPRACTIC AS THE FIRST CHOICE IN ORDER TO ALLEVIATE WHATEVER IS AGGRAVATING THE SCIATIC NERVE. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT CHIROPRACTIC DOESN'T PROVIDE RELIEF, ACUPUNCTURE HAS ALSO BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN PROVIDING RELIEF FROM SCIATICA. A COMBINATION OF THE TWO MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE TO GET THE PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. READ MORE
How do I stop my shoulder from hurting when I sleep?
There may be an underlying condition causing your shoulder pain. Without knowing the history and particulars I couldn't say. However, most often pain in the shoulder area aggravated by sleeping can be a result of lying with the arm under the pillow. Try sleeping with your arms in front of you with support from a pillow to keep the shoulder muscles relaxed. I hope that helps. READ MORE

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain and back pain. They aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself without the use of medication or surgery.
