Dr. Katrina R. Sparks is an educator, author, and scholar with her private practice Spark a Child. She is a Special Education Teacher, a consultant in Early Intervention, and CPSE (Committee of Pre-school Education). Her responsibilities include Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped, S.E.I.T (Special Education Itinerant Teacher), ABA Applied Behavior Analysis, and Education Evaluator. Furthering her education she earned her Masters in Special Education from Long Island University/Brooklyn Campus in 1998. She then earned a second Masters degree in School Administration and Supervision from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts at North Adams, MA in 2002 and a third Masters from Argosy University in Educational Specialist/Educational Leadership in 2003. In 2007 she earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Special Education from Capella University.
