Dr. Galard is an emergency medicine physician who is affiliated with Healthmark Regional Medical Center in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. When effectively implemented, such programs facilitate open and productive discussion concerning health and safety issues in the workplace, as well as help to identify and correct unsafe work conditions or practices.

Dr. Galard attributes his success to his mother and older brother, who were teachers. He believes that everything starts with the heart and his ethics. In his spare time, Maurice enjoys running, preaching, doing martial arts, doing volunteer work, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have been married for over 40 years.
