Dr. Israel is a board-certified psychiatrist and depression specialist who has expertise in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy for the treatment of various psychiatric disorders. She serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Success TMS in Palm Beach, Florida.
She has been providing TMS treatments since 2017, and has been very excited to offer her patients this non-medication, non-invasive treatment alternative which can relieve patients of the depression symptoms effectively, safely, and with little to no side effects.
Born and raised in South Florida, the doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began in 2004 when she earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. She also completed her residency in general psychiatry and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the same educational venue. After completing her residency, fellowship, and training programs for psychiatry, she opened her very own private practice.
Throughout the years, she has worked in community mental health, private practice, and the HCA health system. She is also a certified expert in Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) for noninvasive brain stimulation, having received training at Harvard Medical School.
“I understand how difficult it is to seek help for depression. I treat all of my patients with respect and provide care in a way that makes all of my patients and their families comfortable. My mission is to save one million lives and allow patients to experience the pleasure in their lives again” as stated by the doctor.
For the purpose of advancing her efforts, Dr. Israel remains a member of the Clinical TMS Society, the American Psychiatric Association, the Florida Psychiatric Society, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. What’s more, she is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists.
