Get to know Vascular Surgeon Dr. Patrick Tamim, who serves patients in Florida.

Dr. Tamim is a dual board-certified vascular surgeon who has been in private practice since 2010. He provides carotid disease, aortic aneurysm, and peripheral artery disease surgery services to the Panama City, Florida area.

His areas of special expertise include aortic aneurysm, carotid endarterectomy, deep vein thrombosis, dialysis access surgery, peripheral vascular diseases, peripheral artery disease, spider vein removal, stroke, and varicose veins.

A 1999 graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Tamim went on to complete his general surgery training between Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania. He then completed his specialty training in surgical critical care at Henry Ford Hospital, and his fellowship in vascular surgery at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut.

With an unwavering commitment to his speciality, the doctor is board-certified in both vascular surgery and general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.

Restoring patients back to their health, Dr. Tamim is affiliated with Bay Medical Sacred Heart and Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center.
