A 1999 graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School, Dr. Tamim went on to complete his general surgery training between Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and Abington Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania. He then completed his specialty training in surgical critical care at Henry Ford Hospital, and his fellowship in vascular surgery at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut.
