Tylenol and alcohol
Glutathione is how your liver detoxifies alcohol and Acetaminophen. It has a finite capacity. This can be less with age, other medicines, liver status, heart disease, other medicines...etc. I suggest 8 hours before and after and to limit Acetaminophen to 350 mg/dose, not to exceed 5 doses/ day. Can you help with knee pain?
Yes. The knee feels pain through the Genicular nerves. We do a block of the nerves and if it achieves relief we can insert a peripheral nerve stimulator that stimulates these nerves hence treating the pain. Alternatively, radiofrequency ablation of the nerves is another option Get Outlook for iOS
