Get to know Sleep Medicine Specialist Dr. Phillip Conner, who serves patients in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Dr. Conner, a dual board certified sleep medicine specialist, is the Medical Director of The Sleep Disorder Center of Louisiana, conveniently located in Lake Charles.

The Sleep Disorder Center of Louisiana, an accredited American Academy of Sleep Medicine practice, offers the area’s only comprehensive sleep center. From initial consultation to the final treatment plan and follow-up, the caring staff is committed to helping patients achieve peaceful nights and productive days.

Academically, Dr. Conner received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He then obtained his Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed both his internship and residency at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

With a goal to maximize patients’ health and well-being, the doctor attained board certification in sleep medicine and family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

On a professional level, Dr. Conner is an active member of the Calcasieu Parish Medical Society, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
