Thereafter, he moved back to California and opened Central Valley Pain Management, Valley Surgery Center, and Valley Wellness Center shortly after getting settled in Modesto. 

Aided by his expertise, he is dual board-certified in pain medicine & physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, which was established in 1947 as the certifying body for the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation under the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Striving to help individuals to look and feel their best, Dr. Rhoades goes above and beyond in treating his patients and is tirelessly dedicated to making sure they have the tools they need to have a fulfilled life. He is constantly learning new skills and methods in order to keep his treatments cutting edge and has become known as the “lip man” for his skilled injecting technique.
