Throughout his academic career, Dr. Parets attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree in 2009. Following graduation, he completed a year of advanced training within the General Practice Residency program at Hartford Hospital, where he is currently serving as an attending dentist. As a pre-doctoral student, he organized a dental mission trip to Tobati, Paraguay to provide oral hygiene instruction and tooth extractions for underserved families.
Taking pride in the trust he has built with patients of multiple generations, he pursues ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in his medical field. He also remains a member of several professional dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society (of which he is the Vice President).
