Dr. Singanamala is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in hip and knee arthroplasty, knee preservation surgeries (osteotomy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration) and shoulder surgeries (arthroscopic and open reconstruction, shoulder arthroplasty, fractures around the shoulder). He also treats orthopaedic trauma injuries and musculoskeletal infections.

He earned his medical degree from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, Rajiv Gandhi University in India, where he was honored with the Academic Society Gold Medal for Microbiology. Thereafter, he served his residency in orthopaedics at Osmania General Hospital in Hyderabad, India.
His clinical and research fellowships were completed at Buffalo General Hospital University of Alabama School of Medicine and the Orthopaedic Research of Virginia program. To date, his research is focused on infections in total joint arthroplasty.
