After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008, Dr. Neibaur went on to complete his internship and residency at Valley Hospital through Touro University in 2012. During the last year of his residency, he was honored to serve as the chief resident among his peers.
As a member of many prestigious medical organizations, he continues to share his work and expertise with his colleagues. He is a member of the Nevada Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, Sigma Sigma Phi, the Chi Chapter Honor Society, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
The doctor is board-certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, whose mission is to serve the public by improving the quality of ophthalmic practice through a process of certification and Maintenance of Certification that fosters excellence and encourages continual learning. He is also a Fellow of the Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology (FOCOO), as well as remains affiliated with Stone Creek Surgery Center.
