Get to know Dentist Dr. Mark Bichajian, who serves patients in Warwick, Rhode Island.

A general and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Bichajian is dedicated to improving patients’ overall oral health. He is the Owner of Professional Dental Associates in Warwick, Rhode Island. 

Since 1976, Professional Dental Associates has specialized in restorative, cosmetic, implant, and periodontal dentistry. Their conservative approach to patients’ dental needs is what sets them apart from other dentists. They use digital technology to educate and guide patients while also keeping in mind the cost of care. Additionally, they provide in-house specialists for endodontics and periodontics.

Graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bichajian is an esteemed member of several organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

With a love for dealing with people, Dr. Bichajian states that there is a connection with his patients and emphasizes it is a “creative process like a sculptor.” He recalls his father who was both an artist and professor of art at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

With over four decades of experience, Dr. Bichajian is revered for his outstanding contributions to the field of dentistry. He attributes his success to his strong communication skills, and is committed to providing optimal service to his patients.

On a more personal note, he is married to his wife, Colleen, with children.
