Dr. Kezerashvili is a caring and dedicated cardiologist serving the community of Bronx, New York at her private practice, KezMed Medical PC. She is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient’s situation and adapts her consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual needs and concerns. She is also a Registered Physician for Vascular Interpretations (RPVI), and can diagnose and treat vascular problems such as aortic aneurysm, venous insufficiency, varicose veins and peripheral arterial disease.

Throughout her academic career, she attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, where she received her medical degree with honors and completed her residency in internal medicine at the same university. She completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Winthrop-University Hospital.

Distinguished as a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the doctor is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, nuclear cardiology, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Professionally, Dr. Kezerashvili is an active member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the American Medical Association, and the Society for Vascular Ultrasound.

Cardiology is a branch of medicine that deals with the disorders of the heart, as well as some parts of the circulatory system. The field includes medical diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease, and electrophysiology. As a testament to her success, Dr. Kezerashvili’s medical career is colored by many outstanding contributions to medicine, including several publications, research, and scientific presentations. She was part of various honor societies including the National Honor Society, the Golden Key National Honor Society, and the Sigma Beta Honor Society. She was also on the Dean’s List at the State University of New York at Stony Brook (1997-2001).

Outside of her practice, she enjoys painting, photography, and playing the piano.
