To stay up to date in his field, he remains a professional member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Emergency Physicians, American Association of Physician Specialists, Peruvian American Medical Society, and the Illinois College of Emergency Physicians.
He practiced as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Union Hospital Clinton in Clinton, Indiana and was an Assistant Professor in Clinical Emergency Medicine, IUSM-Terre-Haute at Indiana University School of Medicine up until 03/10/2019.
