A board-certified internist helping patients live their best quality of life, Dr. Rice-Dorrough is the Owner & Operator of Dorrough Medical Services in Dallas, Texas. 

She passionately provides sufficient and efficient health care to the people of the community, by being a bridge to optimal health and well-being.

With a personal approach, Dorrough Medical Services offers a broad array of services geared to address today’s most common non-emergency illnesses and injuries. Its goal is to improve and maintain each patient’s overall health and to empower them with an understanding of their condition and wellness plan.

A 1990 graduate of UAMS College of Medicine, Dr. Rice-Dorrough went on to perform her residency in internal medicine at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, where she is currently on staff. 

​Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. They manage and prevent common and complex diseases by providing comprehensive care and promoting overall well-being.

On a more personal note, she is happily married with two children.
