Get to know Orthodontist Dr. Greg Efros, who serves patients in New York. 

Dr. Efros is a top orthodontist who specializes in treating children and adults and is a certified Invisalign provider. He has experience treating mixed dentition, craniofacial disorders, and temporomandibular disorders.

Currently, he is serving patients’ dental needs at his private practice, Efros Orthodontics, with locations in Kingston and Hudson, New York. There, he provides a unique atmosphere where patients can have an enjoyable experience while gaining confidence with their new smile. 

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Efros graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rowan University and went on to graduate at the top of his class at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine with his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree. Furthermore, he spent an additional two years at the prestigious University of Detroit Mercy, specializing in orthodontic treatment for children and adults. For his research contribution in the field of orthodontics, he was awarded a Master of Science degree. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Efros received numerous awards for his academic achievement and patient satisfaction. He also served as president of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity and was enshrined into the esteemed Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Orthodontics is a specialty of dentistry that deals with the diagnosis, prevention, and correction of malpositioned teeth and jaws. As an orthodontist, Dr. Efros is responsible for locating problems with the positioning of patients’ teeth and with their oral development. He utilizes the most advanced procedures and equipment available to ensure that every patient achieves a healthy and beautiful smile.

Happily married, Dr. Efros enjoys spending time with his wife and adorable sons, Jacob and Levi. They enjoy traveling, trying new food, and spending time outdoors.
