With a solid educational background, Dr. Rodríguez-Feliz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst before obtaining his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine with High Honors. He performed his internship in general surgery at UMass Memorial Medical Center and completed his integrated plastic surgery residency at Albany Medical College.
Committed to learning the most advanced techniques, he performed an elective fellowship in oculoplastic and aesthetic surgery under the tutelage of world-renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Codner. This additional training afforded Dr. Rodríguez-Feliz the opportunity to embrace and utilize his artistic eye while perfecting his aesthetic eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) skills. He also has extensive experience performing complex revisional eyelid surgery, droopy eyelid (ptosis) surgery, facial plastic surgery (face- and neck lifts, nose surgery, ear surgery), non-surgical facial rejuvenation (Botox®/Dysport®, injectable fillers and skincare), and aesthetic breast surgery.
