Dr. Chadwell is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. To stay up to date in his field he remains a professional member of the Florida Medical Association and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has been awarded as the Physician of the Year within HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital where he currently practices and holds an expertise in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
