Dr. Jackson is a board-certified internist who is currently serving patients at HealthCare Partners in Pasadena, California. Dr. Jackson earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California in 1974. He then went on to complete his internship and residency in internal medicine at LAC+USC Medical Center. 

Dr. Jackson is a member of the American Medical Association, the California Medical Association, and the Los Angeles County Medical Association. In addition, he was honored with an award from the American Academy of Cardiology.

Internal medicine or general medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases.
