Dr. Mila Mogilevsky is the founder of Unique Pain Medicine. She holds expertise in all acute and chronic pain conditions and regenerative medicine. She provides interventional procedures ranging from epidural injections and facet injections, to spinal cord stimulators and kyphoplasty.

Additionally, Dr. Mogilevsky is affiliated with the NYU where she is a Clinical Instructor with the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Kingsbrook Jewish Rehabilitation Medicine department. Dr. Mogilevsky thoroughly enjoys teaching residents and fellows.
Dr. Mogilevsky graduated with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004, giving her over a decade of experience in her field. She then completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Northwestern University and the world renown Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago( Currently Shirley Ryan Ability Lab ). Furthering her education she graduated with her pain medicine fellowship with Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Mogilevsky is dual certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by improving the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). This is accomplished through a process of certification and maintenance of certification that fosters excellence and encourages continuous learning.
Dr. Mogilevsky lectures regularly at national conventions, additionally, she has authored numerous articles and book chapters related to pain management.
