My doctor prescribed acupuncture to help reduce muscle spasms that caused me to experience severe back pain. So far, I have had two acupuncture sessions with Sam, and found that it significantly reduced my pain and tension and also relieved anxiety. As a result of her treatments, my mind and body feel calm, relaxed, and refreshed. The staff are very approachable and immediately made me feel welcomed and very comfortable when communicating about my health challenges and goals. I’m incredibly pleased to have such a helpful wellness center nearby that participates with my health insurance. I definitely recommend Sam to anyone experiencing pain, anxiety, and/or tension.
