Dr. Andrew Maxwell has over 30 years experience in laser vision surgery, including LASIK, refractive and cataract surgery. He has performed more than 15,000 LASIK and laser vision procedures and lens implants. Dr. Maxwell is one of the country’s leading innovators in refractive surgery and cataract surgeons. Dr. Andrews obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, at Davis, as a distinguished military graduate. He earned his medical degree in 1976 from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine.
