I booked an appointment for my daughter and I and I but I did not have her insurance information handy. We are on different plans. I called back and asked the receptionist to have someone verify the plan information so that I can be sure that she could be seen. If not, I would have ample time to book somewhere else and would not have wait another 6 weeks. Then she says “ I’m not even sure that we take her insurance”. All THE MORE reason why I need to be verified. The girl had -0- clue. She claimed that the person who verifies insurance was not there, she did NOT know when they would be back. She knew nothing. I ask to speak to the office manager and she left me on hold. I called back and got the run around. I Would NEVER consider this place. If this is how the staff s treats people I can only imagine what type of “bedside Manners” this provider must have. I had a horrible experience before even seeing the doctor, Shame on the office staff for this practice.
