Dr. Hamidzadeh, also known as Dr. H, is a comprehensive dentist at Happy Smiles Dental, a One Stop Do It All dental practice located in Clarksburg, Maryland.

Serving patients of both Montgomery and Fredrick counties, Dr. H offers both cosmetic and medical-dental services including exams and cleanings, dental implants, dentures, braces, veneers and smile designs, tooth whitening, Botox, and more advanced procedures such as gum and laser surgeries, root canal therapy, and urgent care. He has extensive training in pain management, providing his patients with a high level of comfort during procedures. 

After having worked as an engineer for many years, Dr. H became fascinated with the intricacies of the human body and medical sciences as he viewed it as “the most advanced machinery ever created.” He graduated with high honors from the NYU College of Dentistry. He then continued his studies through a rigorous board-selected DoD specialty in Comprehensive Dentistry at Carl R. Darnall Medical Center in Texas. 

A U.S. Army comprehensively trained doctor rigorously educated in all specialties of dentistry, Dr. H has served on active duty and active Army Reserves, including as an adjunct professor at Walter Reed National Medical Center. 

As a Veteran, he values honor, integrity, and the concept of “Service before Self“ which is evident in his many years of practice. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries, create beautiful smiles, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

After having lived in different parts of the country, Dr. H now gladly calls Maryland home and lives there with his loving wife and their two beautiful children.
