Get to know Internist Dr. Ashish Kumar, who serves patients in York, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Kumar is a board-certified internist and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). He is affiliated with WellSpan York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.

Pertaining to his academic background, Dr. Kumar earned his medical degree from Government Medical College, Patiala in India. Thereafter, he went on to complete his internship at St. Mary’s Hospital, followed by his residency in internal medicine at WellSpan York Hospital and his fellowship at James Paget University Hospital. 

The doctor is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine – a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
