First of all, I am so sorry that you are feeling so depressed and that you haven't been able to feel better. I have met many patients that did not have a good experience with their first, second or even third doctor but it does sound like you could benefit from seeing someone who can help. I wonder if you could find some support in friends or others around you. There are suicide hotlines as well that might be beneficial to give you some resources. How long is alcohol addiction treatment?
It depends on whether a patient has to do detox and then a residential program. The detox is focused on ensuring safety and as much comfort as able while withdrawing from the alcohol. The residential part of treatment usually lasts anywhere from 28 days to months and is focused more therapeutically to help patients understand the factors involved in their addiction including potential self medicating and other stressors. Mental health
We usually don't recommend mixing Alcohol with Seroquel. The dosing of your Seroquel and how much alcohol you are talking about all factor into this as well but without discussing those details, it is best to avoid use until you can discuss further with your doctor.
