No. Covid 19 is a respiratory virus meaning will affect your respiratory track specially the lungs. Even thou is a new virus and many studies under way, so far studies have not shown a relationship between the virus affecting your genito-urinary tract, which would include the bladder and to cause urinary incontinence. Specially if only having the urinary incontinence symptom. Best is to consult with your doctor and see if a urine test would be indicated, to further investigate the cause for the incontinence. What is the best nasal spray for a sinus infection?
Would recomend to start using saline nasal sprays and even nasal irrigation ones, like neti pot. You can use this often. Others sprays to try otc would be fluticasone propionate (well known brand is flonase) but also you can obtained with your doctor, as a prescription and covered by insurance. What are the best things to drink when you have acid reflux?
Baking soda is a good treatment for immediate relief from occasional acid reflux. The recommended dosage for adults is 1/2 teaspoon dissolved in a 4-ounce glass of water. Too much of baking soda can trigger worsening acid so need to be careful. When having acid reflux bwst to avoid things like:coffee, tea (specially like black tea) alcohol, orange juice, chocolate, tomato juice, cow's milk.
