Dr. Kimzey graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at the same educational venue, and his fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists (FACOI), the doctor is board-certified in infectious disease and internal medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM). The AOBIM is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease in adults.
Continuously advancing his efforts, he is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the Infectious Disease Society of America, and the International Society of Travel Medicine.
