Board certified internist Dr. Chanchal Singh is currently practicing with Cornerstone Family Healthcare, where she holds expertise in Anti-aging and wellness therapies. Additionally, she is affiliated with St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.

The purpose of Cornerstone Family Healthcare, a non-profit organization, is to provide high-quality, comprehensive, primary and preventative health care services in an environment of caring, respect, and dignity, and in a cost-effective manner that maximizes revenues; to be responsive to the needs of the communities that they serve but with continued emphasis on the underserved and those without access to care regardless of race, economic status, age, sex, sexual orientation, or disability.

Dr. Singh graduated with her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College in 2000, giving her nearly two decades of experience in her field. After obtaining her medical degree, she completed her internal medicine residency with the Maryland General Hospital, University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Singh is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
