An exceptional maxillofacial prosthodontist, Dr. Rosen is the President of Cancer Dental Specialists, PA and the Chief of Dental Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Miami Cancer Institute in Miami, Florida. He specializes in the treatment of patients with acquired or congenital defects/deficits of the head and neck.
Moreover, the doctor has expertise in intraoral and craniofacial implantology as well as in creating prostheses to rehabilitate patients with defects/deficits of the face, jaws, and surrounding soft tissues. He has extensive experience in the management and treatment of patients in a hospital setting and practices in a multidisciplinary team to provide oral health screening and management of patients undergoing head and neck radiotherapy, bone marrow transplants, stem cell transplants, chemotherapy, and antiresorptive therapy.

Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Rosen earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, and completed his Master of Public Health degree (MPH) at Florida International University. Wanting to further his education, he completed his residency in prosthodontics at the University of Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health, and his fellowship in maxillofacial prosthetics at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

An authority in his field, he has been recognized as a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. The mission of the American Board of Prosthodontics is to certify individuals who have demonstrated special knowledge and skills in prosthodontics.

Achieving fellowship status, Dr. Rosen is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), and Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics (FAAMP).

As for his academic appointments, he holds faculty positions at the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, and at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
