Get to know Dentist Dr. Parul Jain, who serves patients in Schaumburg, Illinois.

At Pearly Whites Dentistry in Schaumburg, Illinois, she offers a range of general and cosmetic dentistry services, including dental implants, cleanings, teeth whitening, veneers, crowns, bridges, fillings, and the revolutionary Invisalign® teeth straightening system. She has practiced dentistry for over 20 years and in 2009 she started the thriving practice, Pearly Whites Dentistry.

Growing up in Richton Park, Illinois, Dr. Jain graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and a minor in Greek Mythology. In 2001, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. 

Active in the dental field, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, the Northwest Society of Women Dentists, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Spear Faculty Club. She is also  involved with the prestigious Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and the Spears Center for Advanced Dental Education, where she spent countless hours working to improve her education and the quality of her dentistry. 

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.  

When she is not improving dental health, Dr. Jain cherishes spending time with her husband, Danny, their daughters Jia and Maali, and dog, Brody. She enjoys going to the movies and theater, traveling, and exploring new places.
