Dr. Chafouleas graduated with his medical degree from the SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. He then went on to complete his internship at Fletcher Allen Health Care, followed by his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in nephrology at Brown University  the Rhode Island Hospital.
