Founded in 2008 as Island Medical Practice, Lile Wellness Partners provides an integrated approach to patient’s health and wellness. It is able to partner with patients to help with preventative health as well as restoring hormonal balance with regards to aging. Each patient consultation provides a comprehensive look at all aspects of a patient’s health and wellness. Preventative health-care markers are also key in helping with customizing a treatment plan for each patient that is unique for their specific needs. They partner with patients to ensure they are fully educated and active in their approach to aging.
A true pioneer and leader in the preventative health industry, focusing on care for patients at any level of health, Dr. Lile continuously strives to take her already grand vision to the next level. She currently has a training center in the new headquarters for practitioners who are looking to transition to learning 21st Century wellness care.

Back in 1987, Dr. Lile graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, and was inducted in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then went on to earn her medical degree from The Medical College of Ohio in 2001.
With an unwavering commitment to her specialty, the doctor is board-certified in preventive medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine, a member of the American Board of Medical Specialties that issues “certificates of special knowledge” in the specialty of preventive medicine.
In good standing with a number of professional organizations, she is an active member of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Michigan Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.
