  • What can I do about feeling weak after having the flu?

If you truly had influenza, it would be a rare time of the year to contract it. Are you sure you had the flu? Or did you have some other viral illness? Either way, a viral illness can take several weeks to resolve, leaving patients lethargic and weak. You should hydrate yourself adequately and take in enough calories to cover your exercise debt. If your symptom are not improving or if they are worsening, consult your doctor. Michael L. It is also true that younger atopic (allergic) individuals become less allergic with age, hence childhood asthma seemingly wanes with age for some individuals. Lastly, there is always the misdiagnosis of asthma in lieu of other similar syndromes: ABPA, Occupational toxins , etc.... MR READ MORE
