A 1986 graduate of the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, Dr. Uricchio went on to serve his residency in diagnostic radiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital. This was followed by a fellowship with the University of Virginia Health System.

Dedicated to excellence, he is board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology, which is a not-for-profit physician-led organization that oversees the certification and ongoing professional development of specialists in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiation oncology, and medical physics.
