After obtaining her Medical Degree Dr. Melocoton completed her pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Wanting to further her training she completed her Pediatric Nephrology fellowship with the UCLA Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. To stay up to date within her field she remains a professional member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Melocoton speaks Spanish, Pilipino Dr. Melocoton currently practices General Pediatrics within her private practice Valley Pediatrics and Specialty Center. She is affiliated with Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, Southern Hills Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center.
