  • Don't know what i am going through

Hello, Believe me when I say, it's certainly NOT too late. Not at all. Every moment we can make a different choice, live a different life, and know it's all limitless. Daydreaming leads to reality, but only if you choose to make it reality. It starts with a choice, then action... Little by little, every next choice can take you to your dreams come true. We must be humble. We must stay true. The smartest (and by far most successful) young man I know once told me, "I'm not that smart. But I am unusually determined." Perseverance creates success beyond measure. Daydreams are required, but they're just the beginning. Begin, and stay true to your goal, and never give up. That's how we succeed. Mistakes, by the way, are never bad, but simply proof you're at a new learning edge. Stay on the edge, make your mistakes and just learn from them. that's the way forward. I suggest you get a good therapist to help you move out of daydreams to a real life full of your fantasies come true! Sally READ MORE

Sally Ann Raymond is a speaker, writer, educator, and passionate, devoted expert on the topic of suicide and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with her Private Practice.

Sally co-founded Children’s Path Programs, a non-profit designed to help children find and attain their passion and potential. As part of this effort, Sally leads an annual eight-week leadership intensive at an area high school where students learn to speak and listen with intention and emotional intelligence.

Sally is also board member and program director for Freedom4Youth, a non-profit dedicated to ending the school-to-prison pipeline for at-risk youth. Through coaching communication, listening, and leadership skills, the organization helps incarcerated adolescents evolve out of gangs and drug addiction into successful students, peer mentors, and social models for their family and friends.

Sally was one of four principals featured in Dialogue Project, an award-winning full-length documentary film dedicated to organically reviving a sense of resonant community in public places. Across the nation, from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., The Dialogue Project sparked spontaneous, positive meaningful dialogue and new connections among casual passersby.

In 1991, Sally Raymond’s eldest son Jon took his own life at 23. Having just become a psychotherapist when tragedy struck, she directed the precise psychological insight and skills unavailable earlier to her as a mother toward ‘reverse engineering’ what in Jon’s life experience culminated in a tragic last choice. The task has taken her as many years as Jon lived.

Over time, through arduous personal retrospective and extensive research, Sally built a body of work that mapped out Jon’s inner route to suicide. Her book, The Son I Knew Too Late: How Jon’s Suicide Can Help You and Yours Thrive, Heal and Survive At Any Age, was written to help sufferers, parents, loved ones and friends knowledgeably support young people’s individual stability and inner growth throughout all the stages of childhood and adolescence.
