    Unfortunately there is no direct or easy answer to such question.     There are plenty of medications for allergies which are OTC. There is no one that is good, better or bad - the different medications can be helpful based on the symptoms of the patient. For example oral antihistamines like Claritin, Zyrtec or Allegra work on sneezing, itching and drippy nose or eyes.
