Before becoming a distinguished surgeon, Dr. Miller earned his medical degree and completed his internship and residency in surgery at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He further honed his skills and techniques during his prestigious fellowship in aesthetic cosmetic surgery with world-renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Bruce F. Connell, also known as the “Father of the Modern Face Lift.”

Exceeding rigorous standards in plastic and reconstructive surgery, the doctor is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.
